I'm a versatile UX professional specialising in designing impactful solutions that drive user engagement and business success. Based on years of experience in business work process optimisation, I switched my career to interaction design. Since 2021, I have worked on design projects for user research on a task management solution, feature design of remote work tools, and service development of a customer portal site.
